About the project
A unique and consistent tone of voice is very important to create a memorable brand for users. However, if we look at our current tone of voice, we hadn’t been showing character and consistency across all of our products. For example: Sometimes we call users with "Kamu" on one page and then call them with "Anda" on another page. We also don’t have a guideline for how we write in the product. A writing style guideline can help us to ensure a continuous brand experience. So, no matter how, when, or where users experience our brand, they are experiencing the same traits. Consistency across every touchpoint can make users easier to recognize the brand and build loyalty.
