Digiresto allows users to conveniently pre-order meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner—days in advance—based on their preferences and schedules. This service is designed to support busy individuals and organizations by offering flexible meal planning with reliable delivery, aiming to simplify daily dining experiences through smart, scheduled solutions.

As one of the online food ordering platforms, Digiresto continues to grow and improve—both in terms of users, merchants, and sales—particularly through its Digital Catering feature. This is also supported by quantitative data from the Customer Segmentation Research, which shows that 70% of users primarily use the Digital Catering feature, with a total of 7,097 transactions recorded as of January 2022, representing a 33% increase from Q4 2021. With this growth, especially in the use of the Digital Catering feature, it becomes increasingly important to enhance the overall user experience—focusing on usability, usefulness, and a more scalable design.
