SiCepat Ekspres Indonesia was founded in 2014 and quickly grew to become one of the largest logistics companies in Indonesia by 2021. With over 35 million transactions, 1 million+ Android downloads, 17,000 partners, and a presence in 730 cities, SiCepat has built a large and fast-growing digital ecosystem. As the number of digital products increased—ranging from customer apps to partner dashboards and internal tools—SiCepat faced challenges in maintaining a consistent look, feel, and user experience across platforms. At that time, there was no unified Design Language System to guide the design and development teams. This lack of consistency affected the brand experience and made collaboration harder and slower. That’s why Gezit was created—a Design Language System that brings all SiCepat digital products under one visual and functional standard. Gezit helps teams work more efficiently and ensures a consistent, recognizable user experience across all touchpoints.
